- It takes 10-15 minutes on the office (or IT) side to establish remote access and sign the terms of service. Then our team will complete everything for you.
- We use the Sikka Software Utility (the leading software in healthcare that enables seamless connection to more than 90% of the dental industry) to populate the data.
- It’s best to install the utility on your server to maintain continuous service or a computer that will never be turned off or go into sleep mode as downloads run at approximately 2 am daily. With a server, there is zero downtime in most cases.
You’ll need to have:
- Version code
- PMS password and username (with full admin access)
- Windows username and password for the computer/server where the utility will be installed.
Once the initial connection is made, installation generally takes 30-45 minutes, and the computer cannot be used at this time (just the one we’re installing on, the rest are fine). Then it takes about 24 hours for your data to load.
Once complete, your Live Demo & Practice ZEBRA Tutorial will be scheduled with a ZEBRA specialist.
