We then go through a swift draft process using an easy online portal that tracks your changes or requests, and once approved, your WebLift is pushed live. This usually happens within 20-30 days. You’ll see the results of your campaign in Practice ZEBRA, where you can log in anytime, which will be reviewed regularly with your Account Manager. You’ll also receive regular monthly reports.

Why Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

A contract creates a promise that certain deliverables will be provided and fulfilled by both parties. We want to keep your initial setup/design fees low in order to assist you in onboarding with a fantastic new website easily and affordably, and we expect to continue to work hard over the coming year to help your practice achieve your online and new patient goals. Building online traction does take time, and we will be investing in your dental website keyword optimization and linking strategies month-over-month, and you don’t want to waste your investment by switching providers early. However, you are free to cancel after the initial 12-month term. That said, we have a 100% quality and satisfaction guarantee, so if there are major reasons for an early cancelation, which we hope there will not be, of course, that can be considered. For clarity, all other website elements, including plug-ins, licensed videos, new-patient intake form, managed social marketing, local SEO, reputation monitoring, etc., cannot be transferred with a web cancellation. BUT, let’s not talk cancelation before we even start.
