Simple changes are easy to manage and should be completed in just a few days. Larger tasks or bigger projects may extend timelines and we’ll be in touch to discuss details if that’s the case.

For any request, communication is key!

SUBMIT a ticket with your change/s and upload related images. Be as detailed as possible with your description (URL, location for change, copy/desired content) to help improve our efficiencies and the turnaround process.

  • WebLift websites include up to an hour of change work per month.
  • Simple changes will be completed within 2-3 business days (or sooner).
  • When total work time exceeds the allocation in a given month, a standard agency hourly fee will be invoiced in the following month.
  • Larger projects can be planned over time. Talk to your Account Manager.
  • Always included: WebLift enhancements are constantly being taken care of behind the scenes with no additional fees, e.g. theme, plug-ins, backups, and technology updates, maintenance of required certificates, speed and functionality across desktop and mobile, effective addition of new features, and overall management of site performance.
